Technical Features
Parellada Montonega or Montonenca is a variety of white grape that has adapted very well to higher levels of cultivation to the usual with the common Parellada. In the lands of the Loan Plan where the minimum height of cultivation is 500 meters above sea level, this grape is expressed to perfection. It is characterized to be a rustic stump, resistant to cryptogamic diseases and with double skin grain.
Alcoholic strength: 9.5% vol.
Tasting note:
- VISUAL PHASE: Pale tones with light green shades, clear and bright.
- OLFATIVE PHASE: Elegant and delicate aromas that remind us of Mediterranean fruits like apple or pear, surrounded by a citrus and refreshing sensation.
- GASTATIVE PHASE: Soft and balanced entry with a very integrated acidity. Fruity reminiscences with sparks to white flowers, nice and expressive finish.
Pairing: Due to its versatility, this white of fresh and light character, can accompany us throughout the meal. Good taste balance with grilled or grilled fish, shellfish and rice to band.
Conservation and service: We recommend serving at a temperature around 6-8 ° C.
