Technical characteristics:
The grandfather of +500 was harvested manually on October 20 to achieve a complete maturation of our Montònega del Pla de Manlleu at 600 meters high. The fermentation was carried out in a new chestnut barrel of 650 liters for three weeks. After a ripening of 4 months in the same barrel, it allowed us to maintain the typicality of this unique variety and the freshness of our territory.

Tasting notes:
- VISUAL PHASE: Pale yellow with golden reflections.
- OLFATIC PHASE: Great aromatic intensity with an explosion of ripe fruit with floral shades. Backgrounds with toots.
- GOOD PHASE: Smooth, well-integrated acid entry. Unctuous palate with fruity notes. Long and persistent ending
Pairing wine: Fresh and expressive wine very suitable for all types of fish, tartars and typical Penedès meats such as duck duck with prunes and raisins.
Conservation and service: Enjoy it at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
